How Eterna IQ LLC collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, assessments, and platform.

Last updated: August 6, 2026

Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Eterna IQ LLC ("Eterna IQ," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information when you visit eternaiq.com, complete an intake or snapshot, create an account, or otherwise use our health technology platform and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Eterna IQ is a health technology company. We are not a healthcare provider. Medical services available through the platform are delivered by independent, licensed clinicians and operational partners, not by Eterna IQ.

By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information, depending on how you interact with us:

  • Contact and account details (name, email, phone, login credentials).
  • Intake and assessment responses (health goals, symptoms you choose to share, lifestyle factors, and similar information you submit).
  • Membership and transaction information (founding deposits, billing status, and records processed by our payment partners).
  • Communications (support requests, email replies, and messages you send to us or our partners).
  • Device and usage data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referral URLs, and analytics events).
  • Marketing attribution data (such as UTM parameters and, where permitted, advertising click identifiers stored in cookies or local storage).
  • Information from service providers (for example, lab partners, CRM systems, scheduling tools, and customer support platforms).

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
  • Deliver educational content, assessment results, and membership experiences you request.
  • Facilitate introductions and data handoffs to licensed clinicians, laboratories, pharmacies, coaches, and other partners involved in your care or fulfillment.
  • Process payments and manage founding membership or other offers.
  • Send service, transactional, and (where permitted) marketing communications, including email drips you can unsubscribe from at any time.
  • Measure site performance, debug issues, and understand aggregate usage (see our Cookie Policy for analytics details).
  • Protect the security and integrity of the platform, prevent fraud, and comply with law.

Health and sensitive information

Information you provide about your health may be sensitive. We treat it accordingly and limit internal access to personnel and contractors who need it to operate the Services.

Health information is covered in detail by our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, which sets out exactly what we collect, who receives it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. Where that policy differs from this one as to health data, that policy controls.

When you engage clinical partners through the platform, those partners may maintain separate medical records and privacy practices governed by applicable healthcare laws. Eterna IQ facilitates access but is not your treating provider.

Do not use the Services to communicate emergencies. Call 911 or your local emergency number.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share health information with advertising platforms. We share information only as described below or with your direction:

  • Licensed clinicians, coaches, laboratories, pharmacies, and fulfillment partners involved in delivering services you request.
  • Technology vendors that host infrastructure, process payments, send email, provide analytics, or support customer relationship management (each under contractual confidentiality and security obligations).
  • Advertising and measurement platforms, which receive contact and purchase information from our general marketing pages so we can tell which campaigns work. They do not receive health information: analytics, session recording, and advertising tools are disabled on our health assessment, treatment store, and member dashboard.
  • Professional advisors (legal, accounting, compliance) under confidentiality duties.
  • Authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy or notice to you.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, session continuity, and analytics. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

Analytics, session recording, and advertising tools are disabled on our health assessment, our treatment store, and our member dashboard, including our member portal domain.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain personal information we hold; opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message; limit certain cookies through your browser settings (essential cookies may still be required); and request a copy of information you provided or ask us to close your account, subject to legal retention requirements.

To exercise these rights, email support@eternaiq.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Our current periods are:

  • Assessment responses and results, and the contact details captured with them: up to 24 months from your last activity.
  • Records of access to health information: up to six years.
  • Payment records: up to seven years, for tax and accounting purposes.
  • Clinical records held by our partners: governed by their retention policies and by medical record retention law, which we do not control.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls.

Medical records are maintained by your licensed care partners under their own privacy practices and safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we will not claim otherwise.

Children's privacy

The Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate.
