Advanced diagnostics and genetics
Basic and Advanced testing and the Genetic Blueprint are priced separately. You add them when you want deeper data. They are never bundled to inflate the monthly price.
Prescribed treatments
Available when a US-licensed physician decides one is appropriate for you. Never automatic. Billed separately, and charged only if approved. See treatments

How membership billing works.

Cancel anytime from your account. Canceling keeps your access through the period you have already paid for. There is no refund for the remainder of a paid period.
If a payment fails
You keep full membership access for 7 days while payment is retried. After 7 days, membership pauses (no coaching, no member pricing) until it is resolved.
Treatments are never affected
A treatment you are already taking is billed and fulfilled on its own. Your membership status, including a payment pause, never changes it.
What membership does not include
Membership does not include a routine physician review for every member. A physician becomes involved when a treatment or another clinical decision calls for one. Coaching does not include daily responses or an app.
Coaching is not for urgent medical issues. If a treatment concern comes up, use the Patient Portal to reach the clinical team. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
