Cookie Policy

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and pixels for the purposes described below.

Types of cookies we use

Depending on your visit, we may use:

• Essential cookies: required for security, session continuity, and core site functions (for example, remembering assessment progress or login state).
• Analytics cookies: help us understand traffic, page performance, and feature usage.
• Advertising attribution cookies: where permitted, store referral parameters or partner click identifiers (such as Meta fbp/fbc) to measure campaign effectiveness.

Health pages: no analytics, no advertising, no session recording

Analytics, session recording, and advertising tools are disabled on our health assessment, our treatment and intake pages, and our member dashboard, including our member portal domain.

Our advertising Lead event fires only after you complete a form, on our thank-you page. No treatment names or health answers are ever sent to an advertising platform.

Full detail on health data is in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

Your choices

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the site from working. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the link in our messages.

Where required by law, we will provide additional consent tools. Otherwise, continued use after notice of this policy constitutes acceptance of non-essential cookies to the extent permitted.

Third-party cookies

Payment processors, embedded content, or partner tools may set their own cookies subject to their policies. We encourage you to review those policies when you interact with third-party flows.

Updates

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
